Interested in being a LWIA Board Member?
The Lake Washington Improvement Association (LWIA) extends an invitation to you to consider joining us as a member of our Board of Directors.
By becoming a Board member, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of high-quality sustainable practices aimed at safeguarding, preserving, and enhancing water quality for present and future generations.
What does being a Board member entail? Members will participate in one or more of these crucial areas. Our Board conducts monthly meetings from February through October, during which we discuss ongoing activities and the progress of initiatives within the five key areas. For detailed objectives and strategies, please refer to the LWIA Management Plan available on our website.
If you would like to be considered or require further information, feel free to reach out to any board member. Board elections take place at the annual pork chop dinner May 4th, so hopefully we can include your name on the ballot.
