John Fink has ordered the food from Gary’s for the Steak Fry on Saturday. The steaks are costing us $7 and we announced they would be $6 in the newsletter. Discussion about how to resolve the difference. Will ask for donations to help make up the difference.

Committee will continue to monitor growth. They hope to keep close track of these areas, so they can estimate/anticipate growth areas for next spring. Is not feasible to do any treating this year.
