Newsletter articles to Rick by 3/30/09, he will be forwarding the template.
Board discussed and approved sending addressed envelopes out with the newsletter for return of membership forms, cost is $90/year. Jean W. said we can continue to help us get the newsletters stuffed. The board agreed we need to reward this group with pizza or ice cream for a job well done. Kim will get stamps and coordinate getting envelopes, labels and stamps to Jean.

Dennis reported on whether the DNR grant can be a taxable transaction. There are certain criteria we need to meet as non-profit. Can only earn $25,000 per year, own no assets. We are registered as a Non Profit of Mn. As a BASIC FOUNDATION.

Board approved board members and lake association membership in Minnesota Waters.
